We snuck some greens in there, too. With the ingredients such as banana, vanilla bean, dates, and coconut oil, blended all together, this smoothie is the perfect combination of savory and sweetness.

By loading up with Plant protein and locally sourced peanut butter, we have made this truly an energy booster and a muscle recovery. 

Recommended base:

We recommend using 'Almond Milk' but you can be filled & blend with Water or Coconut Milk as well.

Spinach:

Coconut Oil

Peanut Butter:

A spoonful of peanut butter contains approximately 7 grams of protein which will keep you full and assist in lower blood sugar. It has more than 20 minerals and vitamins that fight heart diseases. Contains nothing but healthy fats and is a good source of fiber which full helps in reducing cholesterol.

Banana:
